You must be 21 years of age or older to use the platform. hz777 reserves the right to complete an identity verification process at the time of account registration. If a minor fraudulently creates an account, that account will be suspended immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Single Account Rule

Each user may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, hz777 has the right to close all of them and adjust any balances.

Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. hz777 has the right to close an account in the event of false information being provided, and no claims will be accepted in such cases.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to hz777 support immediately. hz777 will not be liable for unauthorized access by a third party.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

hz777 offers a range of bonuses and rewards for new and existing members. Please read the following conditions carefully before taking advantage of any bonus.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳28,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳48,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions.
A promotion may not be used more than once (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
Any attempt to claim a bonus fraudulently will result in account closure and forfeiture of the bonus.
hz777 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

hz777's VIP program has three tiers. Members move up to higher tiers based on their regular betting activity.

Bronze — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Silver — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Gold — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP cashback is calculated weekly, and tier placement depends on a member's overall gaming activity. The account must be active and in good standing to receive VIP benefits. hz777 reserves the right to change the VIP program structure at any time; members will be notified accordingly if changes are made.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

hz777 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Any attempt to cheat, collude, or gain an unfair advantage.
Using software, bots, scripts, or automated methods to play games.
Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
Transferring or sharing account funds with other members.
Applying arbitrage or hedging strategies with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
Harassing, threatening, or engaging in offensive behavior toward other members.

If any such conduct is detected, hz777 may immediately suspend or close the account and reserves the right to cancel all balances obtained through fraudulent activity.

The games used on the platform are protected by the intellectual property of third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.). Any unauthorized use of these games is punishable by law.

Limitation of Liability

Losses caused by a member's own negligence or unauthorized access to an account by another person.

In any dispute, hz777's decision will be considered final and binding. hz777's platform logs and data will be treated as the primary evidence in dispute resolution.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

hz777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
Suspicion of fraudulent activity or abuse.
Creating an account using a false identity or false information.
No activity for an extended period (generally 12 months).
At the member's own request.

Where possible, the member will be notified before an account is closed. Valid balances (earned in compliance with the terms) will be returned where applicable. Any portion earned from bonuses will be cancelled if the wagering requirement has not been met.
